- Good Afternoon, This afternoon at 12:10 pm i called and placed and order for two shrimp tempura rolls and two shrimp and crab rolls. One order was for me and the other was for two other people who work in this building. Upon giving them their orders i realized that the last tray in the bag was not my order. Being that the food was not delivered until 1 HR after i called, i called your store right away hoping they would take the incorrect order and bring the correct food. The driver took the food called the store and said its only one tray. The person who took my order said ita€?s supposed to be 4 trays. We got three. One with shrimp tempura and one with shrimp and crab. Again we were supposed to get two of each. The driver said he had other orders to take care of. At this point its 1:30 pm i asked for my money back he told me i have to call the store. The girl argued with me that she doesna€?t normally work there and the manager is away for a week and she doesna€?t know what to tell me. The driver did not make it back to me until 2:05p just to return my money. Never mind the fact that i have still not eaten lunch, paid $5 surcharge to get my money out of the atm, and the cafe closed. Still no lunch; i called the store back she gave my TJ as the name of the manager and gave me a number to reach in china. I dona€?t know what you all are going to do to rectify this but Wells Fargo Advisors orders from you all a lot and we have never had an issue like this. I need a response with how this is going to be address.

- Hello. I order online from your restaurant on a regular basis. I always request steamed chicken w/vegetables with no mushrooms, and brown rice. The last time I ordered, I got regular chicken w/ vegetables with mushrooms, and white rice. This happened again today.
